1. When will I receive my order?

We aim to deliver your order within 5 working days after the payment has been cleared if item is in stock.

However if your order is urgent please let us know so we can confirm availability of the items.

For next day delivery (next business day Mon-Thur) please place your order before 12:00, for orders place after this timeframe your orders will be treated as if ordered the following day.

If the items are not in stock we will give you the option to either cancel your order or refund you the difference between next day and standard delivery and your order will be sent as soon as it becomes available. To minimise the risk of your items being out of stock for next day delivery, please only choose next day UK delivery on the shipping options only if you ordered from the category Fairy next day UK.

Our availability information is updated regularly but it is possible that in some instances, an item might become unavailable between updates. In these cases, we will try our best to find an alternative supplier for the item and will keep you posted about the progress of your order.  We will also let you know if it's necessary to cancel your order, or we will suggest you an alternative item.

Please note that some types of payments, such as e-checks, may take longer to clear and this might delay your delivery. 

Europe orders usually take between 3-10 business days to be delivered.

International orders usually take between 5-15 business days to be delivered. You are responsible for any duties, customs fees or other taxes as determined by your country. These charges are not a part of the shipping charges.

2. Why can't I see the postage cost before I enter my details? 

The postage/shipping costs are calculated based on your location and weight of the items and if we do not know where you are based (county) we might provide you with inaccurate information. This is why we need to know where to deliver your order first before giving you an automatic calculated quote.

Just entered your info and you will see the postage costs calculated automatically and you then decide if you want to place the order or not.

Also do not forget that with our current offer postage costs are waived as long as your purchases exceed £35.00

 

This offer is only valid for UK orders.

As for now, the cost of postage for UK orders is set to £2.99 unless order exceeds £35.00 which will be free, but if items posted for free are returned, then the cost of £2.99 for delivery will be charged.

3. I have placed an order but I changed my mind. What can I do?

If you placed your order less than 3 days ago and your order status is not marked as “Order Complete & Dispatched” you have the right to cancel it. Please email us if you need help with that. Please note that if you received the items and want to return them and your order qualified for free delivery a fee of £4.00 will be charged and you will be responsible for the cost of sending the items back to us.

4. Do you have a returns policy?

Yes. The products can be returned if they are in fully saleable condition, unused and in their original sealed packaging , within 7 working day after the goods have been delivered to you, otherwise we reserve the right to refuse a refund*.

*Please note that personalised items cannot be returned/refunded/exchanged.

*Jewellery items can not be returned for hyegiene reasons.

*Please note postage/shipping fees can not be refunded and you are responsible to send the items back to us at your own cost.

A refund for the order (excluding the postage) will be made within a business week after you sent the items back to us.

5  The item I received is faulty/damaged/misdescribed.  Can I get a refund or replacement?

 Yes. Please contact us before sending it back to us to arrange a refund or exchange the product. If your item is faulty/damage/misdescribed please report it to us giving evidence of the problem within 5 days of receiving the order for a full refund. Failure to report it to us and give evidence of the problem (most times a picture of the broken item is enough) within 5 days of receiving the order may result in us refusing to refund.

6. My order has not arrived. What should I do?

Please allow up to two weeks before you contact us for a late delivery. You can check the delivery progress by logging into your account. If you are still concerned please contact us by clicking HERE

8. How can I pay for my order?

 

Payment is very easy and is with PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to shop with us. PayPal can take your card details without you having to open a PayPal account. If you do however want a PayPal acount click here. Having PayPal as a partner for payment solutions helps us keep our transactions safe as both you and us are fraud protected.

9. How does Buy More and Save work?

With "Buy More and Save" products you can get more than one (of the same) item and a lower price, the additional product/products could be of different colour or different design if same is sold out . If you want to return a product the amount of the less expensive item will be refunded to you, and you will be responsible
